The SLDP was designed by Liverpool Business School (LBS) and delivered to 75 senior leaders of the Trust between September 2018 and March 2020. The SLDP is based on the LBS Integrated Model of Leadership Development informed by critical reflection, questioning insight and collaborative ways of working.
