Abstract

The dataset contains interviews between LJMU researchers and members of staff from the Liverpool Royal and Broadgreen Hospital Trust discussing the impact of a Senior Leaders Development Programme (SLDP). The SLDP was designed by Liverpool Business School (LBS) and delivered to 75 senior leaders of the Trust between September 2018 and March 2020. The SLDP is based on the LBS Integrated Model of Leadership Development informed by critical reflection, questioning insight and collaborative ways of working. The interviews were obtained to discover and evaluate any demonstrable operational improvements to teams and services within the trust as well as the professional development of the participants.
